Our Graduate Programme provides an accelerated path to leadership roles whilst working in an innovative, energetic
and global environment.

The two-year Programme gives you hands-on experience and the opportunity to work in a highly diverse
and global team. As a Kerry Graduate, you will be placed into a permanent job with real responsibilities
from day one. You will be able to make an impact through career experiences that will positively challenge you supported by unrivalled training, coaching and mentorship that accelerate your career.
