Before you apply, it is important that you do your research on the functional area that you wish to apply to. Graduates in Kerry are placed in a real role, with real responsibility from Day One, so it is important that you are clear on where you would like to begin your career. Application screened

Your application will be screened by our Recruitment Team. Providing you meet the relevant criteria for the role you are applying to, you will be sent apptitude tests to complete on-line.

Telephone interview

At telephone interview stage candidates will be assessed on both their knowledge of Kerry and their motivation to join the company and be part of the Graduate Programme. You will also be asked some technical questions to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills required to work in the area that you have applied to.

Supply Chain

This is an opportunity for an ambitious and hard-working Fresh Graduate to work in the role of Supply Chain Analyst. The main purpose of this role is to drive supply excellence for Customers in APMEA (Asia Pacific, the Middle East & Africa) region; to manage the order review process to ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full, in accordance with business and customer expectations. This is an integral role with the Supply Chain department to ensure the team meets and exceed all order management KPIs such as, OTIF (On Time In Full), MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and Lead Time adherence as well as provide full transparency within the Kerry Management team by providing weekly status reports and commentary. Research, Development & Applications

As an RD&A Graduate you will play a key role in anticipating and developing the products that will meet the needs of our customers- ensuring our continued growth and profitability.
You will already have expert understanding of food science and technology, but whether you are working to enhance an existing food product, developing a whole new food product in response to consumer demands or working on a new ingredient or coating formulation, every day will bring a new set of challenges.
 The role can range from fundamental research through product development and factory trials to product launches. We also work in partnership with major food manufacturers throughout the world in the development of unique ingredient formulations and customised solutions, across our range of technologies. Apply


You will work with key players in the business from the outset to help meet corporate, business unit, and department objectives and goals. We offer opportunities on a variety of finance teams including Operations Finance, Commercial Finance and Financial Control with a further opportunity to rotate between the different teams to get a broad understanding of all aspects of the business.
